Servelat Wurst and Cheese Salad

INGREDIENT:
1/2 Small onion finely minced, 1 Swiss servelat or any similar meat
wurst cut in half the long way and then cut in 1/2 cm thin slices, Swiss cheese
for good quality best use real Swiss Emmentaler cheese cut in small
slices, 1/2 tomato cut in small pieces, salt, pepper and vinaigrette
salad sauce. Optional add some green lettuce.
DIRECTION:
Mix all ingredients and serve immediately with some dark country style
bread on the side.
NOTES:
Cold fresh apple juice goes well with this salad.
