Pub Steaks
(Steaks with bacon)

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENT: 4 steaks 200gr each,
8 slices of bacon, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, herb butter.
DIRECTION: Season the
steaks with salt, paprika, pepper and the mustard, roll the bacon around
the steaks and fix them with some tooth picks, grill the steaks to your
liking and serve with herb butter on top and with French fries.
NOTES: We recommend a
Beaujolais, Merlot or a Shiraz with this dish.
