INGREDIENT:
200 grams small potatoes, cooked and cut in pieces mix with the salad
sauce while the potatoes are still warm,, 200 grams string beans,
1 can of tuna salad, 2 tomatoes in slices, 1 yellow bell pepper cut in
stripes, black and green olives, 1 onion cut in slices, fresh basil
leafs chopped, minced parsley and
vinaigrette
salad sauce including some finely sliced anchovy filets. To garnish 2
boiled eggs cut in slices.
DIRECTION:
Prepare the
vinaigrette salad sauce, add the sliced anchovy filets,, mix
the potatoes while still warm with the sauce, add the rest of the
ingredients and gently mix, layout the salad on a plate add
the minced parsley and basil leafs, add the rest of the
vinaigrette salad
sauce and garnish with the boiled and sliced eggs.
