INGREDIENTS: 1 chicken, 2 green bell peppers, 2  celery, 2 medium sized onions, the white part of 2 leeks, 100 grams of raw ham, 50 grams of butter, 75 grams of rice, 6 medium sized tomatoes, 200 grams of okra.
 
DIRECTION: First de bone the chicken and cook about 2 liter of bullion out of them. Cut the chicken breast in 1 cm big cubes, and sauté them together with the chopped onions, cut in slices leek, the sliced celery, the cut in cubes bell peppers, and the cut in cubes ham slightly in butter, then fill the pot with about 2 liter of the chicken bullion., season and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
